The record is a clean (Near Mint) side 1 does have a 1 inch barely noticeable hairline mark (see last photo) that is not feel able and does not affect the play of this gem of a record.
side 2 has no issues and is Near mint .
the labels on both sides have some staining as you can see in the photos. ( we don't listen to the labels)

The VG + record jacket has very little cover wear with a pen marker in upper right corner, ( see 4th photo)other than that the jacket is intact with no tears or rips
