Led Zeppelin /The Song Remains The Same Soundtrack /Classic Records 200gm vinyl.
Again I bought this new from a supplier in the USA in 2004 and basically stored it away in my music room for a rainy day ! Apart from opening up the outer poly bag to check the contents and let the records breathe it is MINT, BRAND NEW and UNPLAYED. I will point out that the front hype sticker showing the 200gm Quiex SV-P vinyl compound is damaged and on the top of the rear outer sleeve there is a small 1/4 inch seaam split caused by bad packing when it arrived with me back in 2004. Hence my price is reduced slightly to take these faults into account.
This superb double live album is an almost perfect replica of the UK first pressing- it is missing a touch of texture on the front outer sleeve, but it still includes two inner black sleeves as well as white poly lined sleeves as you might expect such an audiophile reissue to have.
Remastered by Mr Bernie Grundman it is, I have read on various music forums, a superb sounding remaster. I personally cannot say as I have never played this album.
