Led Zeppelin 'Led Zeppelin I' UK - 1969 - 2nd Press Version #6
Matrix Side 1) 58#8171 A//1 1 3 4 3 Side 2) 58#8171 B//1 1 3 2 4 # represents an originally stamped '8' which is scored over and then replaced with another etched '8'
Vinyl Play Back: NM- Playback is top caliber. There is a brief 10-second soft crackle near the start of S2. Zero other issues of concern.
Cover: EX+ The fully laminated cover is in beautiful condition. The laminate is firmly in place with no cracking. There is a thin lift along the spine (common with this early release), and a laminate crease on the front. Both are passive. I see no other issues of significance at all. The corners are square with no bumps. The spine is straight, with all text legible, and the pinched ends true and unfolded. Zero shelf wear, major creasing, writing, or seam splits. Has the proper grey strip along the bottom front.
Vinyl Visual: EX+ Appears NM. There is a 'barely there' inaudible surface scuff on Side 1. I see no other issues.
Labels: EX+ Clean with a mild incidental blemish. I am hard-pressed to find a defined spindle mark. Has Warner Bros./7 Arts publishing credits.
Original Inner: EX+ Some age foxing at the top. No seam splits. It is in sturdy, beautiful condition.
Hard to believe that this piece is 50+ years old.

Vinyl Play Grades
M: Still sealed
M-: An opened item that appears 'M'. Virtually perfect playback.
NM: A few minor visual imperfections with virtually no audible impact. Top quality play.
EX: A few more surface marks than NM with very few audible imperfections. Quality play.
VG+: Surface scuffs and lines. Some light surface noise or a few tics or pops. Enjoyable play.
VG: Defined scuffs, lines, and scratches. More surface noise, tics, and pops than VG+. Acceptible play.
G: Heavy wear, deep scratches, with egregious surface noise, clicks, and pops. Poor play.
Hybrid Example: Vinyl which is VG in appearance but plays NM. = Visual Grade: VG Playback Grade: NM
The reverse may also occur. = Visual Grade: NM Playgrade: VG
Album covers are graded on a case by case basis given the myriad of issues which may impact each.
All grading is completely subjective and provided to the best of my ability.
