Description
I'm starting to list a collection of about 200 lps and 45s put together by my wife between about 1969 and 1984. Few of these have been played more than 2 or 3 times as, generally, they were recorded to tape and then put away. About 75% are in Near Mint store bought condition and look as if they've just been purchased. They were usually bought within a few days of being issued so, not only are they in pristine condition, they're mostly first pressings. Plus the lps all have their original inner sleeves and any inserts. The collection has remained untouched in a cupboard at my wife's parents house since she moved out and got married in 1984. If I find any blemishes or faults with any of these records I will point them out. Even the slightest shelf wear is absent from many. If you require additional photos of anything please let me know.
This is a copy of the LP Presence by Led Zeppelin , UK first pressing from 1976 on Swan Song SSK 59402.
The stamped matrix no.s are SSK - 59402 - A1 and SSK - 59402 - B1
The vinyl is in Near Mint condition with no visible scuffs or scratches.. The labels are spotless with no stickers, writing, scuffs, stains or spindle marks.
The matt gatefold cover is in Near Mint condition. There are no tears, splits, writing, shelf wear or stickers. The cardboard is as fresh and crisp as when it left the factory. The spine is perfect. The only fault is a tiny brown spot on the front next to the spine, about 3 inches down from the top. This could be a printing fault. It doesn't feel raised at all.
The slightly textured, thick paper, inner sleeve is in Excellent condition. The only blemish is the start of some very faint browning / ageing to the edges.
