Hi and welcome!

I am selling my complete collection of 500+ Vinyl  LP Records, as I haven't played vinyl much for some years due to purchasing  a better digital playback system.

Every record that I sell will have been cleaned on a Moth Mk. 2 record cleaning machine, using 'The One' cleaning fluid, which is then vacuumed off by the machine (they often don't look as though they need a clean but sometimes there are impurities left behind in the pressing process, so I feel it's always worth doing).

I will then have listened to each record prior to listing it, and will grade it according to The Record Collectors Grading System (please see towards end of this listing for full details of the Grading System) . I will also do my best to give an accurate and honest description of it's condition.

Hopefully, this will lead to very few or no disappointments for the buyer and/or myself.

The records will be despatched in a double-walled LP mailer.

Photographs will give additional indication of physical condition.

Played approximately 15 times.

Vinyl condition:  VG. No major deterioration in sound quality, despite some surface marks and the occasional light scratch.

Booklet:  EX

Side 1- Plays very well  but has a slight crackle at the end of the last track.

Side 2 - Plays very well, but light crackle at run in on  track 1 and in between tracks.

Side 3 - Plays  very well but track 1 has 3 light, short crackles and 2 short clicks.  Track 2 has 2 tiny crackles

Side 4 - Plays very well but track 1 has 3 or 4 short low level crackles. Track 2 also has a few  low level crackles.

Side 5 - Plays very well. Track 1 has 3 light clicks.

Side 6 - Plays very well. A short, mild  crackle at the start of track 1.

Side 7 - Plays very well.

Side 8 - Plays very well.

Record Collectors Grading System

Mint (M) 

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX)

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG)

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable.

Good (G)

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair (F)

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P)

The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

Bad (B)

The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

Can be collected in Sutton Coldfield or  posted.
