Description
I am not a collector or knowledgeable about records. My description is based on simple observation and research. This record is directly from a collector's vault (closet). Do not count my descriptions as official grading, although these are my honest observations. Pictures help tell the story. Pictures of blank labels show undamaged spindle holes, which suggests little or no playing.
The two records look pristine to me. I doubt they were played as the collector was a rhythm and blues man. No Scuffs, spindle marks or such. Maybe once to make cassettes at the most. He didn't play many records much because he had so many, and he bought them as investments. The vinyl has the bright shine of new records. Labels look great although not informative. I would mark the generic inner sleeves to preserve the labels. No indication of disk order on labels. No tracks on labels. No track breaks between songs. Tracks on jacket printed somewhat jumbled. Jacket is thin and not well laminated as in official releases. It is basically a thin white jacket with cover pictures glued on. It is formed around disks somewhat in the back due to it sitting in storage and being that thin (see pic). This is typical for "unofficial" releases. I can only confirm my own observations but a Discogs review (their #r7119717) indicates it is a soundboard copy. But, I wouldn't know. This cover, although having the same picture, is slightly different than theirs in lacking print on the bottom but is the closest of all the versions.
