All the LPs that I sell are play tested on a Linn Sondek LP12 and cleaned on a Wet/Vacuum cleaned on a professional machine.
I have played the album in total at a loud volume and listened very carefully so as to give you the best possible/accurate description of the audio quality as I can. Below is a track by track description but please do remember that these songs have very quiet parts so any background noise will be more noticable. This album is 56 years old so you will likely never find a perfect unplayed sounding copy!
Side 1 Whole Lotta Love: (A Few Light Pops In Quiet Section At End)
Lemon Song/Thank You: (Very Light Crackles Between These Two songs)
Thank You: (Light Crackles During Last 10 Seconds To Fade Out/In)
Side 2 Ramble On/Moby Dick: (Very Light Crackles Between These Two songs)
Bring It On Home: (Very Occasional & Very Light Crackle During Intro)
Packing Details Record/s will be removed from original inner/outer sleeve/s to avoid knifing during transit Record/s will be placed in a new high quality anti-static sleeve for protection All above will be placed in a polythene outer cover Packaged in a professional record mailer
Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in UK Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint, EX+, VG+ are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
I have started with a very low bidding price and set a very fair reserve. Thanks for your interest and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. I have worked very hard to keep my 100% feedback and of course I would like to keep it that way. Good luck in your bidding!
