Led Zeppelin - In Through The Out Door - 1979 LP Vinyl Record - "D" Sleeve Variant w/ Outer Bag
Swan Song Catalog #SS 16002 - Specialty Pressing (SP suffix on center label and etched in runouts)
Original cover is in excellent condition. "D" sleeve variant (originally released in 6 different sleeve designs: A-F) cover has minimal damage, small creases and corner wear, but is clean and legible overall.
Inner sleeve is clean as well; no splits or rips. "Magic Ink" on inner sleeve (turns colors when damp) not revealed by previous owner and I chose not to test it as well.
Original outer paper bag w/ stamped logo on front and track listing on back is in very good condition. Wrinkled front and back but intact with only small rips at two corners.
The vinyl record is in excellent condition (could be NM). Very minimal surface marks; no noticeable scratches. I play tested this with headphones on and there was only light crackling/surface noise in a few spots. Overall, it is very clean and sounds amazing!
As an avid collector, I try to include photos that show important details of the vinyl record and cover condition since this is what I look for when purchasing an album. I don't list albums that I personally wouldn't buy. The pictures usually make any defects look worse than they are in person but I'd rather show them than have you be disappointed when you receive the album.
