Led Zeppelin IV UK 1971 most sought after early pressing plum label variant with Kinney  Music credit and the Pecko Duck A/3 Porky B/4 etching in the run off (dead wax).
Spectacular sounding record!
This album has the Peter Grant executive producer credit on the labels ,which was quickly  withdrawn as Jimmy Page went ballistic and had the albums recalled and stickers were put over the credit,making this variant a VERY RARE one.
Condition:  The record is a EX-  condition. Not many of these around anymore.
There are some scattered light scratches,nothing deep and no skips,just some light surface noise here and there during the quitter passages,nothing earth shattering.
This record has the Peter Grant Executive producer credit, which was RAPIDILY  withdrawn as Jimmy Page went ballistic when he saw the Grant credit and they immediately put stickers over the Grant credit….Making these albums very collectible. Condition:  The record is graded Excellent- condition.
There are some scattered light scratches (nothing deep) that does not affect (no skipping)  the record when played.
There is surface noise (pops and clicks here and there) in the song lead ins and the quieter  passages,that obviously you don't hear when the band kicks in to the song.
Priced accordingly.
I have lowered the asking price accordingly,this record still rocks and the heavier tracks sound fantastic and it's still grades an Excellent- and is a rare record and hard to find in any condition.
The label on side one has some small spots on the plum part (see scans),which looks like it's from someone clueing the record years ago….It's not that bad,but I had to mention it.
The record cover is in Excellent condition.
Comes with the original inner sleeve,which has some writing on it and split at the seams (see  scan).
