First UK pressing.
Matrix Numbers :

'Plum' Atlantic pressing on red/white/plum label.
This is the 5th (of 8) known 'plum' label variants. Specific to this label are:
'Marketed by Polydor Records Limited' at 6 o'clock on labels.
'Under license from Atlantic Recording Corp.' in white area under Atlantic on left side.
Led Zeppelin is printed above the spindle hole.
Catalogue number at 3 o'clock above circular Atlantic logo reads 'deluxe 2401012'
There is no Peter Grant credit on the label but the printed inner sleeve still retains the Executive Producer Peter Grant credit, and song publishing credits are:
Kinney Music Ltd./Superhype Music Inc.
Side 2 has the following error: 'Misty Mountain Hop' is mispelt 'Misty Mountain Top'.
The vinyl has been played tested and is one of the better sounding copies that we have listened to. The treble does tend to shred a bit onnoriginal pressings of this album but this copy holds it together better than most.
The vinyl is graded as Very Good condition as there are several light marks that are particularly visible under lights. Nothing that affects play however. We have play tested it against another 1st pressing that looked in better condition and this copy won hands down. Which just goes to show that visually grading a record is sometimes not enough.
A little bit of rumble at the start of side one bit quickly disappears.
The gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition with just a couple of very small tears to the spine.
The inner sleeve is in Good condition. It has the previous owners name on it.
