Description

Led Zeppelin "III" Atlantic 2401002 (UK), 1970. Spinning Wheel Cover, Red/ Plum Labels, 1st Press - but a Playable Placeholder! Record is VG/VG- and plays with steady moderate surface noise - no skips, though, tracking at 1.5 grams. The cover is VG, is lightly but uniformly soiled, light corner/ edge wear, with a reasonably clean centerfold; the wheel turns freely, but the outer cover has some rippling on the surface, likely from dampmness. It is an original, but a playable placeholder copy till you get a real play copy, or this could act as a passable replacement cover; someone looking for Mint, NM, NM - or even VG+ really needs to keep looking, this one ain't it.
