Description

Item Details.

Led Zeppelin III UK Original First Press Red/Plum Label.

Original 1st UK pressing 1970 Atlantic 2401002.

The A5 B5 "so mote it be" and "do what thou wilt" hand etched matrixes are the earliest available on this album and also with the Peter Grant credit to the label makes it a true first.

The vinyl is Side 1:VG+ with a mark to track 2, which can't be heard, and has a great sound with some slight static between tracks and Side 2: Good with a few clicks to track 1 and again a bit of static but plays great (apart from the clicks!!).

The gatefold sleeve is good with the rotating wheel present but with no rivet and just a small area to the inside of the cover where a sticker has been.

Not a perfect copy (these go for hundreds) but still very enjoyable and a great addition to any collection.
