This NEAR MINT copy of Led Zeppelin's 3rd album is a UK 1st pressing dating from initial October 1970 release
On the 'plum' Atlantic label (2401002) with 'Executive Producer: Peter Grant' credit on both labels (removed from all later pressings)
Matrix numbers: 2401002 A-5 & 2401002 B7
'Do what thou wilt' & 'so mote it be' is hand-etched into each respective run-out.
Stamper codes: 1 4 2 & 1 2 8
Vinyl weight: 151g
Housed within a fully laminated 'E. J. Day Group' printed gatefold cover with working front wheel & original poly-lined inner-sleeve.

An immaculate set with just a small handful of tiny, well-aimed spindle trails around each totally unworn centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine, factory-fresh deep-gloss playing surfaces which are totally unmarked and 'as new' in strong daylight. Close inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals nothing more than a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines. Both sides of this outstanding, well-looked after disc lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: MINT
This copy appears to have been hardly played and the sound quality overall is the sound quality is flawless throughout.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A clean, strong and heavy example with a clean and unworn front panel bearing nothing more than a few very small and light storage indentations at a certain angle in strong light. The rotating wheel on the front panel functions perfectly.
Both panels of the inside of the gatefold are immaculate.
The rear panel is as clean & glossy as the front with the only blemishes being a small bend in the upper left corner and 9cm laminate wrinkle in the centre of the panel from manufacture.
The spine is square and uncrushed and is fully laminated & worded along its entire length.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
Clean & flat with just some discolouration from adhesive bleed along the upper edge, but no writing, tears or seam splits.
