DESCRIPTION: Led Zeppelin LP- Led Zeppelin III, 3. Very early Uk green/orange label press with A/B matrix , heavy duty fully laminated gatefold cover with rotating wheel (no longer working) LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Atlantic K50002 YEAR OF RELEASE:1970 though this will be a slightly later 70s pressing. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG+. Vinyl is clean with a nice sheen. Played most of this tonight on my budget deck . Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent apart from the odd tick and a trace of background sound in very quietest passages and intros. Clear and loud with great depth and seperation. Cover is firm and square with decent shape . It has not much more than light edgewear,cornerwear and creasing. As mentioned previously wheel no longer rotates. Inside of gatefold is clean. There is no writing, rips or sticker tears. Clean labels . PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER LED ZEPPELIN and CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System but please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL ONLY UNLESS STATED. You are likely to get some background noise , even if its just between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
