Before moving onto the description of the record may I just advise all potential bidders that I'm listing this and other records in a large collection on behalf of a friend. He's a self confessed record geek who's been collecting records for many years and kept his collection in pristine condition. He transferred his collection to CD a number of years ago, since then the collection has been stored correctly and been well looked after, however he's decided now is the time to give others the opportunity to enjoy this extensive collection. This is the first time any of these records have been on the market since purchased. I will list each record to the best of my ability but I have no knowledge of first pressings etc, I will give as much information as I can and I have taken a number of photos (which can all be supersized to show subject in greater detail) in which among other things I've tried to show the excellent condition of the vinyl (notwithstanding shadows from window frame!) but if you require any more information about anything please just ask. Please note that the price includes FREE U.K. second class signed for postage.

Led Zeppelin III. Two numbers on the label - K5002 & K5002A on side one, side two K5002 & K5002B. Date 1970. Label Atlantic. Around the label on the vinyl on side one it says, to the best of my knowledge/eyesight - it's really faint.....Do what thou wilt 2401002 A7, they're another couple of letters or numbers either side of that but I can't make them out. It also has stamped much clearer K50002A. Side two has K50002B2. The outer sleeve is in good order with the spinning inner disc though the the top and bottom seam of the outer sleeve that the record slides into have come apart about halfway along...no damage, just needs the glue replaced. The inner sleeve is in excellent order. I have been very careful handling the record and it appears in excellent condition (please see images).

Led Zeppelin III is the third studio album by Led Zeppelin. It was recorded between January and August 1970 and released on 5 October by Atlantic Records. Composed largely at a remote cottage in Wales known as Bron-Yr-Aur, this work represented a maturing of the band's music towards a greater emphasis on folk and acoustic sounds. This surprised many fans and critics, and upon its release the album received rather indifferent reviews.

I have given what I consider to be a fair and accurate description but if you have any questions at all about anything, please just ask.....before bidding. Please supersize the large images above to get an idea of the condition of the item........as usual any questions I am very happy to respond. Record(s) will be carefully packed with a polite request for careful handling.

UK buyers - cheque, postal order or PayPal please. Overseas buyers - PayPal only please. Sorry, no money orders. Thank you.

I will always obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office when your item(s) is/are dispatched. Unless buyer requests otherwise and pay costs incurred items will be sent by the cheapest method (within U.K.) as I offer free p&p on all items posted to U.K destinations....on the understanding that I won't be held responsible for items lost in transit (although it has never happened yet!) and in the event of any loss that you (the buyer) accept the extent of my responsibility is to provide a copy of the proof of posting which I always obtain. As stated above additional cover can be arranged at your expense, please contact me if required. Prices for Europe & Worldwide Shipping are listed at the bottom of the page.  Due to eBay rules I now have to provide international signed for on all overseas sales (non U.K.) at what it costs me £5.30. This charge is included in the prices quoted for all non U.K. sales.
