Sensational sound quality, NO skips or jumps. NO clicks, this is really a stunning vinyl with a beautiful deep gloss.
Vinyl: EX!!! And this also SOUNDS EX++ AT THE VERY LEAST!!!! One of the greatest stereo recordings ever done!!! Sensational vinyl with only a few hairlines. These are mostly played to pulp and it is very hard to find an even half-decent example. Some real magic going on on this recording!! The CD version does not even come close to this!!! There was some little static on first play, but on second play this seems to have disappeared completely!! Overall this sounds astonishing, beautiful channelling, as if you were at their concert.
I have played this in FULL> twice over!! The replay is ASTOUNDING!!! There are not any jumps or skips. There is hardly any static noise at all!! Just a little bit on the start of each side. Very remarkable for this 1969 vinyl!!! A credit to these early presses which just ooze quality. The high groove walls do their work and make sure of a quality listen!!! . Listening to "Heartbreaker" now, ...... astounding sound!!! I am playing this on my Technics turntable with a Linn cartridge and through my very revealing B&W three way speakers with there famed Nautilus tweeters unveiling any faults!!! This is faultless audio!!!
Sleeve: VG+ Unlaminated Gatefold . Some edge and corner rubwear. The spine is fully legible. Slight ringwear to the back of the sleeve. The inside gatefold is NM. Sleeve "Printed and made by E.J.Day & Co. London W11.
Labels: NM with slight spindling.
