Description

I'm starting to list a collection of about 200 lps and 45s put together by my wife between about 1969 and 1984. Few of these have been played more than 2 or 3 times as, generally, they were recorded to tape and then put away. About 75% are in Near Mint store bought condition and look as if they've just been purchased. They were usually bought within a few days of being issued so, not only are they in pristine condition, they're mostly first pressings. Plus the lps all have their original inner sleeves and any inserts. The collection has remained untouched in a cupboard at my wife's parents house since she moved out and got married in 1984. If I find any blemishes or faults with any of these records I will point them out. Even the slightest shelf wear is absent from many. If you require additional photos of anything please let me know.

This is a copy of the LP Houses Of The Holy by Led Zeppelin , UK first pressing from 1973  on Atlantic K 50014

The etched matrix no.s are  K 50014  A2  and  K 50014  B2  with STERLING RL  on both sides.

The vinyl is in Excellent condition with only a few very faint scuffs and hair lines. Nothing that affects play.. The labels are spotless with no stickers, writing, scuffs or stains. There are a couple of very faint spindle marks on each side.

The matt gatefold cover, printed by MacNeill Press Ltd., is in Near Mint condition. There are no tears, splits, writing, shelf wear, ring wear, stains or stickers.

The white, textured, thick paper, lyric inner sleeve is in Excellent condition. The only faults I can find is some slight ageing / browning to the paper and a very faint one inch pencil line on the back.  Peter Grant is credited as Executive Producer and the publishers are Superhype and Warner Bros.

The paper obi is intact with just a couple of small tears and some browning / ageing to the paper.

In summary

, a very desirable copy of a much sought after 39 year old record.

Comes from a smoke free home.

I ship in purpose-made strong cardboard mailers and I'm happy to combine multiple purchases in one parcel to save on shipping costs.
