Description
Led Zeppelin self titled debut album with the withdrawn infamous 'Turquoise' lettering.
I believe this to be a third variation on the turquoise sleeve lettering, which was withdrawn.
The red and plum label has the correct 'Superhype' publishing credit.
Side 1: label lists songs 1, 2, 4 as Superhype Music and 3 as Jewel Music.
Matrix Numbers
Side 1 - 588171 A//1 1 1 (reversed) 8
Side 2 - 588174 B//1 1 8 4
I have graded this as record and sleeve as Good, it would definitely benefit from a professional clean. However there are some scratches to both sides. After play testing this there is significant surface noise and some clicks and unfortunately Track 1 Side 1 and Track 1 Side 2 both skip. The cover has some tape residue on the spine and a seam split (see pictures) worn corners but can be a great addition to a Led Zeppelin fan's collection, and would look amazing in a frame as these pressings can sell for a lot of money and have become rare.
