Led Zeppelin 4 Lp - 1st label misprint version. 
This is the English pressing which includes the 'Misty Mountain Top' (rather than 'Hop') misprint. Other distinguishing features are the PORKY and PEKO DUCK etched after the end of the runout grooves. Catalogue No. 2401012
This is the reddish orange/maroon label, rather than the green/orange version. It has 'under licence from Atlantic Recording Corp.' on the white strip across the middle of the label, which is missing off the green/orange version. 
I believe that this version was produced in smaller numbers than the green/orange version, so is harder to find. Still, I have noticed a few about here or there over the years - I saw one for sale for 550 pounds Sterling in 2015.
So, to my record. I think (though I am not sure) that I have had it since new when it was first issued in 1971. I have long been a Led Zeppelin fanatic, and saw their one and only Melbourne concert at Kooyong tennis stadium. (Wish I still had the ticket)
I have always kept my records in plastic covers (in alphabetical order, no less) and have well looked after them. I am gradually selling them off. 
I have listened to this record carefully on good hi-fi equipment prior to advertising it, and can hear no pops or crackles. (Although I would not stake my life on there being none.) I would rate the vinyl at VG+ to VG++ on the Goldmine scale. Held up to the light there are visible surface scratches and perhaps other minor imperfections. (A very small number of light spindle marks - although I have always tried to avoid these).
The gatefold cover is also in VG++ condition, with very minor imperfections visible upon close scrutiny. The inner paper sleeve has a couple of creases as evident in the photos, plus an 8-10cm split along the bottom (which is almost impossible to avoid)  when removing/replacing the record.
All in all, a good example of a scarce album. Not new, but in my opinion in collectable condition.
I would like to avoid post purchase quibbles, so if you have any issues/concerns, contact me before pressing the buy button.
Records are sent in a double layer of rigid cardboard with the vinyl external to the cover to minimise the risk of compression damage to the cover. A used external plastic dust cover is included. I have not had any problems using this method.
