Larry Young     Into Something!    Blue Note 84187   stereo  "New York USA" label

 

Larry Young (org), Sam Rivers (ts),  Grant Green (g), Elvin Jones (d)    Recorded 1964

 

"New York USA" on label both sides and "Van Gelder" in the runout both sides.  No "the Ear" aka "P" in the runout.  The cover has "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address.   

 Record looks M- and plays M-.  A very nice copy. No scuffs.  No scratches. No spindle marks. Record look bright and glossy and grooves do not show wear, graying or spreading.  Record looks like it has been played only a few times.   

Cover is VG+.

  Front cover has light wear and a hint of ring wear.  Tiny spots of heavy wear on the corners and some wear on the bottom seam.  Top seam split at the pocket app 1 inche and untaped. The back cover has light to moderate wear and some ring wear.  Spine tight and intact.

 My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG etc. I play grade any potential problem areas.  I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied.  No hassles.
