VERY RARE NOW DELETED 3xLP
LARRY LEVAN LIVE AT THE PARADISE GARAGE
This superb 3xLP is from 2000 released on the Strut/West End/Garage records label.
Only a small number of these boxsets were released and are now highly saught after.
The boxset logos actually glow in the dark!
Each of the 3 records come in their own sleeve with great artwork/photos of live scenes from the famous club itself.
Each of the inner sleeves that fit inside each sleeve (if that makes sense?!) has a lengthy detailed history of the Paradise Garage club and all the important figures involved.....it's like a book in its own right. The photos on these sleeves are superb, some i had never seen before myself.
If you like any of the records from the Salsoul/BBE/Stop and Listen/Mastercuts etc series, this boxset is perfect for you.

If there is just one track you most definitely need to own, it is "LET YOURSELF GO" by THE SUPREMES. It is a floorfilling ANTHEM! Whenever I have played this track it gets such a reaction, so upbeat and lively, not a typical Supremes record by any means, disco heaven! But each track in its own right is indeed a gem, they all work the dancefloor a treat!
I would rate the sleeves and the records themselves as VERY GOOD CONDITION ++.............the records have VERY minor surface marks, which do not affect the playback quality at all.
I have looked after this album very well, a real piece of Garage history and memorobilia. It still has its original cellophane wrap around the exterior (but broken down the seal to get the records out).
The last one of these I saw on ebay was listed at 99pounds, and the cheapest i have seen it elsewhere is 95us dollars.
Hence I am starting the bidding at 10.99pounds. It really is worth it, there are not many of these left for sale these days.
