BY BIDDING YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS

• GENERAL - Items must be paid for within 7 days. If they are not an unpaid item alert will be filed. Then negative feedback will be left. This goes for international bidders as well. Don't bid and wait a week to send payment or get in touch, then complain you are so far away. If you win an auction and pay for it after you recieve the invoice it will get here within a week.
• YOUR PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS - Please make sure this is up to date, and go thru the easy steps to confirm your address. If you move, change the address. I know life is busy but if you are spending time looking for stuff on ebay your information should be current. I can only ship to your confirmed address thru paypal, do not ask for me to ship elsewhere using paypal. If you want an item shipped to california and you live in maine, pay with a money order.
  
• SHIPPING - I offer shipping by either priority mail or media mail (for records & cd's). The shipping cost includes delivery confirmation in the US. If you want insurance it is offered to you as an option, or just ask for it. I am NOT responsible for uninsured packages. Meaning if your package gets crushed and you didn't buy insurance there is nothing i can do. Realize that postal workers do not handle everything with care, i ship everything in the condition stated in my auctions, as securely as possible. I do not ship on weekends, or every day. You may also request items to be sent by fed ex or ups. These will be more expensive but i will work with the buyer.
• COMBINE ITEMS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING - Buy multiple items and combine to save on shipping, each additional cd & 7" is 55 cents, I have no problem waiting a few days for you to win other items but with the amount of stuff i list i cannot wait over a week. Use your head, if you are planning to bid on other items and already won a bunch just pay for the current batch. The lighter your package is when it ships the less beat up it will get in transit. I buy lots of stuff on here so i know how it works. Don't take advantage.
• NEW YORK BUYERS - Unfortunately i have to pay sales tax so so do you. If you have a paypal account with an address in another state use that, otherwise you have to pay tax. Sorry but thats the way the cookie crumbles.
  
• NON US BIDDERS - Because of paypal's inability to accept registered mail as a proof of mailing, and people from overseas concocting countless scams and rip off tactics and not wanting to spend the extra money for registered mail/ ups, any non us bidder must pay by international money order in a registered letter (Yes this includes Canada). NO PAYPAL!!!!! Message me BEFORE you bid for other options.
• OVERSEAS SHIPPING - International bidders are encouraged to pay for registered mailing which is another $9 on top of shipping costs (no one ever wants to pay this). Shipping can get expensive overseas. There is no more surface mail, so everything must go by air or priority. Despite what you think there is NO tracking provided free of charge with airmail. There is a customs form you fill out but you get no receipt of the number, and it is not tracking. Go to the postal service website and find me where it says tracking is free. Door to door tracking does not yet exist from the United States Postal service. This is a UPS exclusive and you pay for the privilege.
