Description
This is the 1986 soundtrack LP to the movie 'Labyrinth', featuring David Bowie. Not only is this a very rare record, but this copy is in fantastic near mint condition!
Released on EMI America records, (AML3104), this copy has the earliest matrix numbers: AML 3104 A 1-1-1 and AML 3104 B 1-1-1 (Note that many copies of this record have the later numbers AML 4103 A 1-1-2 / B 1-1-2). This record comes from the collection of an EMI employee, which includes many test and promo records.
Condition
- The record grades as near mint (NM). It has almost certainly only been played a couple of times, possibly never (expect for my test play). There are no marks on the vinyl and there was no surface noise / pops / clicks, etc on my test play. This is a close as you can get to mint!
- The sleeve is in near mint (NM) condition. The spine and edges are perfect, with only a hint of wear. No ring wear or feathering. The only imperfection is a mark to the top right rear corner (see pics). I suspect that this is where a promo sticker has been removed as most other records in the collection have these stickers.
- Both record and sleeve are in a new protective outer sleeve.
Delivery
Records are securely packaged in a strong Defendapack record mailer, and UK postage includes first class next-day* tracked delivery and insurance. Records are removed from the sleeve before packing to prevent splits.
* This means next day after posting. I usually post the next working day after I receive payment. I also offer local pick up in the East Sussex area.
