Extremely rare record by Luis Russell's Heebie Jeebie Stompers on Okeh 8424-Plantation Joys/Please Don't Turn Me Down. Listed in 78 Quarterly #10 as one of the rarest Jazz records. This copy visually grades and play grades V on Plantation Joy side. Don't Turn Me Down side visually grades and play grades more like V+. No other detractors; no cracks, chips, skips or locked grooves. Nice player.
I pack defensively; shipping prices quoted are for 12 by 12 by 4 box. For a few dollars more I would double box in a 14 by 14 by 6 box, but we'll discuss that later. Enjoy!
