Composers on this boxset were contemporaries with composer like John Cage, Henry Jacobs, Lejaren Hiller and of course Henk Badings, David Tudor, Tom Dissevelt, Tod Dockstader, Herbert Eimert, Gottfried Michael Koenig, also the musique concrete school of Pierre Henry, Pierre Schaeffer. The Avant-Garde boxsets have influenced most of the 80's electronic music scene and composers, such as Udo Kasemets, Roger Reynolds, Charles Amirkhanian and of course Jon Appleton, Ruth Anderson, Ilhan Mimaroglu, Larry Austin, while also he could have influenced Jerry Hunt, Bulent Arel, Daria Semengen, Glenn Branca, Bruce Haack, Phil Niblock and why not Joseph Celli, Joel Chadabe, Charlemagne Palestine, Noah Creshevsky, Charles Dodge, David Cope and Dub Taylor. 

Vinyls and covers lie in mint- condition, nearly new, while outer box lies in vg++, seems to be a little bit dirty on the spines/sides!! Please notice that the outer box sold is NOT the same with the one on the picture!! ...impossible to find in any condition!!
