Only discovered this year from master tapes in Chicago this un issued crossover masterpiece is finally available on limited vinyl  7 inch press only.
So who is Lt Davis ? Well he is Tyrone Davis uncle and wrote and sang this record around 1969 for Tyrone who rejected the track saying 'Its not funky enough'

This track is getting spins around the world on the rare soul scene by the likes of Soul Sam , Eddie Piller , Steve Hobbs , Mick Farrer , Kenny Mac and many more critically acclaimed djs plus a full review in manifesto , blues and soul , soul up north and airplay on solar radio , starpoint radio.
