Description

RCA Living Stereo LSC 1806 with shaded dog label disc pressed in the US.  1s 1s stampers.  Richard Strauss, Also Sprach Zarathustra, with Fritz Reiner and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

The earliest stereo recording by RCA to be issued as a shaded dog Living Stereo, recorded March, 1954.  A legendary recording, both for performance and sound.  Issued in 1960, and very rare as a shaded dog, because it was in print for a very short time, deleted when LSC 2609 was issued.  Never issued in the UK SB series, this is the only original edition.
