Description
This Melodia LP made in Russia # C1--14787-8 has Daniel Shafran playing cello on Brahms Sonata No 1 for Cello & Piano and side 2 has Brahms Sonata No 2 for Cello & Piano. The pianist is Felix Gottlieb. I think this was recorded in 1983 and may be stereo. There is a nice write up about Shafran on the inner sleeve in English. The record is mint and un-played. Jacket is about mint as well. Can be shipped by media mail to any US address for about $2.58. Shipping weight is about 2 pounds. This is one of about 15 LPs I recently purchased, all historical recordings from Russia, all in un-played condition as far as I can see. They all start with LPMel, so you can find them easily.
