Description

Love/ Out Here. I believe this is the promo because of the promo sticker on the cover; although it doesn't say 'promotional' or 'not for sale'. This came out of the collection of a radio station guy though, so I believe that it is the advance copy. There were also several other promotional records in the collection. I also don't think this one got played. If it did, someone did so very carefully. I put it on for 2 minutes without so much as wiping it down and it blew me away. I called the sleeve VG. It's got damage at both hinge corners and it was punched in the upper left corner. The back has a few dings on it as well. The b/w photo on the inside looks phenomenal. The inner paper sleeves are shown, and the vinyl is unblemished. I don't call anything Near Mint because I'm not a professional grader but this one might be. Came very close to keeping this one...
