Comes with lenticular picture glued on the front of the gatefold sleeve. Red/white-coloured innersleeve. 

This version has a mono sleeve with NP-2 on the spine and gold "STEREO NPS-2" sticker on the back bottom right corner

Play Tested: The record has a couple of very light scratches that have minimal effect on the sound. I note a few very light ticks in side 1 track 5. The overall sound quality is excellent. I rate the record as EX. Cover Moderate wear on edge, starting to split at top. I rate VG+

Description of quality of record and cover. (I include details about condition of vinyl and cover. The grading is conservative. 

All records are viewed under halogen light after cleaning on a VPI wet vac cleaning machine using Audio Intelligence cleaning solution and Ultra-pure water raise. All Items have been carefully played on a Clearaudio Performance turntable with a Dynavector XX Mark2 Cartridge.

We treat grading very seriously and use the Record Collector grading scale with the addition of a (+) or (– ) to denote a slight increase or decrease in condition.

Grading Guide:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklets etc are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

NEAR MINT: Very close to Mint with only the slightest signs of play and the very lightest paper chaffing only to the surfaces of the record. The cover shows only the very slightest wear

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. A few ticks may be heard during quiet parts and between tracks. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

I separate the vinyl record / Sleeve from the jacket to prevent seam splitting and wrap the record in bubble wrap. I use cardboard to reinforce my packaging so it can not bent.
