Description
Audio Fidelity AFSD 6255. Jacket with moderate corner wear, light edge wear, no splits, light ring front jacket, age-toning back jacket, no marks OTHER THAN THREE SIGNATURES. The LP is stored in a plain white inner sleeve and looks quite playable, with a few light scratches seen on generally clean vinyl - I'll grade as VG+ (if desired certainly, the buyer of this LP can find one in better condition to add to this jacket with signatures).
The first signature on the left is that of Tom Clancy - the first name is smudged but it does like "T" starts the name. The second one is Paddy Clancy - the first letter of the first name is "P". The third signature is that of Bobby Clancy, who was active with the group between 1977 and 1998. Since this record was released in 1972, Bobby is not shown on the back jacket, and it appears that the original owner had them sign the album at a concert (perhaps) some time after 1977.
These autographs have not been authenticated, and there is a limited number of their autographs online to compare. There is, however, a photo on "History For Sale" which shows these same three signatures, and ALL ARE VERY CONSISTENT WITH THE SIGNATURES ON THIS LP.
