Description
Apple Records – 1 C 062-04 243, FIRST 1969 GERMAN RELEASE WITH THESE FEATURES INCLUDING MISSPELLING (from discogs):
- A4 with the mistake "O' Darling" instead of correct writing "Oh' Darling". - Label Side B is grey (not white). - This version has the "Garrod & Lofthouse" credit on coverbackside (three lines) and it is NOT blackened! - "Her Majesty" is not listed on the back cover or label.
Laminated cover, moderate corner wear, light edge wear, no splits, rings or marks. Price sticker back jacket. LP stored in original curved-corner plain white sleeve, LOOKS PLAYABLE but has a tale of two sides. Side 1 looks very clean with a faint scratch or scuff over clean vinyl, I'd grade that side VG+ or better. Side 2, however, has a larger amount of light scratches and scuffs over clean vinyl, playability is questioned due to these scratches and scuffs, I'd grade that side alone G. So together I'll give the LP an overall grade of VG.
So a collectible version of Abbey Road, but not in the best playable condition.
