 WHITE TEST PRESS LP ( Vinyl only ) ROCKFILE II- MAGNUM FORCE RECORDS MFM 015-1983.Various bands-See pic 2/3 for details . The record is in Ex condition . This is the 2nd time I have advertised this on EBay ,The LP was removed because the track 'Monkey's Uncle' by Shakin' Stevens and The Sunsets was declared by Shakin' Stevens (Not the Sunsets) as being a breach of copyright ?This Lp was sent to me in 1983 by the then managing director Adrian Owlett of Magnum Force Records for approval for my track on the album ,'Cool School Days' . I have all the evidence and proof from Adrian Owlett/Paul Barrett (Ex Shakin' Stevens manager) and the original Sunsets , That 'Monkey's Uncle' is NOT A COPYRIGHT BREACH . If this Lp is removed again by Shakin' Stevens I have no problem in a court case. Sorry to drag this out but I am annoyed with Shaky's negative attitude towards his early recordings and years with the band 'The Sunsets' and all the fans who bought those records before he became famous .
