Condition:

Record = EX+  clean record's surface, just a faint of hairlines
Cover = EX(+)  no writings, no cut-out holes, mini sticker tear on the backside, intact edges & spines...
Inner Sleeve = N/Mint   no tears, no writings...

Comment:
Overall condition = very nice !  Hard to find in any condition.
