Description
Released in 1962 on the Spoken Arts label, The Pit and the Pendulum was read by Alexander Scourby, a film and voice actor well known for his deep resonant voice. The 12" 33/3 vinyl record is in good condition; side one has one long light scratch and a small scratched area. Side two has three short light scratches. There are no fingerprints. The cover has edge wear on all sides. The cover front has two lighter dull patches where I removed old adhesive and marker. The paper sleeve is crumpled but not torn. I tried to show the problems in the photos. Enlarge them to see the details. Questions are quickly and cheerfully answered. The cover has a light musty smell from storage. My house is pet free and smoke free.
