I am not a record dealer so I don't know how to grade them. My opinion is that it is in very good condition. It shows little sign of being played. There are a few light spindle marks on the labels. The labels are yellow although my close ups make them look beige. The record retains its shine and looks in good condition with only a couple of small light surface scratches. I don't have a record player so have not listened to it. However, I do not think the light scratches would affect it when played.
The outer sleeve is beige in colour with brown wording and a black drawing. Slightly discoloured around the edges on the front, and and all over slight discolouration on the back. Please see photos.
The inner sleeve is slightly discoloured around the edges. Again please see photos.
