Description
PLEASE NOTE: THIS AUTOGRAPH HAS NOT BEEN AUTHENTICATED. The record belongs to a collector/seller and I am selling it on consignment. The original back jacket has "Yours Truly James Brown" embossed in light blue ink, and the rest of the back jacket is in penned darker blue ink. The names of a "Hill" family are dispersed - there is a Paul, Eric, Sherry Lynn, Phoebe, and maybe another Paul. I would guess that the main person is in the upper left hand corner above "Mr. Dynamite", Paul Wallace Hill, Jr. I cannot find that name associated with James Brown on the internet. So please inspect the writing carefully and judge for yourself. The signature and writing style is consistent with other James Brown signatures and writings on the web. This is being offered with no return, as is, so please bid/purchase with that in mind.
Meanwhile, the jacket is not in great shape otherwise. It is split fully on the top edge and mostly on the bottom edge - see photos. The record was stored in a plain white inner sleeve. It actually looks in very good playable condition - few light scratches, I'd rate as VG+.
