  • PAUL MCCARTNEY - 1ST ALBUM (APPLE PCS 7102)
  • British pressing of 1970 LP, on APPLE LABEL - YEX 775 -1U & YEX 776-1U MATRIX numbers.
  • This is the very 1st  issue of this rare LP with the ULTRA RARE YELLOW PROMO INSERT with notes on all songs by McCartney himself, and was only issued to radio stations and music press. I got this one from a former BBC employee who had it in her collection since the day it was given to her in 1970!!!
  • Condition of this album: Cover is excellent or better with no creases or damage at all and a nice sharp spine. Insert is excellent. Disc is  near mint with no faults and little play. Labels are perfect with virtually no spindle wear. EX+/MINT- (COVER / DISC)
  • A really great copy of an always in demand British pressing made even rarer with the elusive promo insert, A MUST for Beatles & Apple collectors.

Gradings & Abbreviations:

 M Mint  - a perfect, probably unplayed record Ex  Excellent -  close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Only well cared for records will grade out to EX. Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector. VG Very Good - a used, well played copy. There will be obvious signs of wear, surface marks &  surface noise during quiet passages, but still quite nice and should play ok and all the way through.
  • Any minus or plus additions to the above gradings will indicate a grade just below or above.
