original LP  MAY BLITZ :  the second of may ( 1971 ) ; swirl Vertigo 6360 037, Germany 1971 !!! , 8 tracks  -  extreme rare !!!

- condition:   record has only a few light hairlines, nothing serious; otherwise it's mint-  /  fold-out cover has smallest price tear tag and tiny wear of spine, otherwise it's mint-

- with the original swirl Vertigo inner sleeve !!!

 

Tony Newman had previously played with Sounds Incorporated and The Jeff Beck Group. His powerhouse drumming suited this heavy rock act's loud aggressive sound which was liberally laced with echoed feedback guitar. Their both albums are highly recommended collector's items - cult !!! The band also figured on the Vertigo Annual 1970 compilation, playing I Don't Know from their debut album. Black went on to play with F.B.I. in the late seventies
Recommended for collectors of late '60s/early '70s heavy progressive rock. Really rare original copy !!!
