Because this record is sealed I am unable to confirm 100% which label that this actually is,
but through the Perry Cox RIAA chart listed below and other resources
I have determined with 90% accuracy that this record is an early 70's reissue on the Apple label.
However there is a 10% chance that this could be an original or green label Capitol
