Description
VERY EARLY TERRE HAUTE PRESS OF DYLAN'S CLASSIC LP, THE TIMES THEY ARE A-CHANGIN'.
This version had that these features noted on discogs for the 1964 Mono Press:
First US rear sleeve, just mono catalogue number beneath Columbia logo with #3 in Lower Right Corner makes this the Earliest Commercial Cover Printed.
Matrices are o XLP 75526-1H and o XLP 75527-1G with a sideways "T" on side 1 and an upside down "T" on side 2. There are some other light etched characters on both matrices.
Red Label MONO No Arrows.The Earliest copies came with vinyl sealed in plastic bags rather than Paper Inner Sleeves
Includes a paper sheet of Bob Dylan prose and Original Plastic Inner Sleeve.
Jacket with moderate corner wear, light edge wear with some scratches on front cover near bottom sleeve. No splits, rings, or marks. LP in plastic inner sleeve as noted, there is a piece of tape with a name on the label of Side 1 - see listing photo. VINYL LOOKS VERY PLAYABLE with a few light scratches and/or scuff marks over clean vinyl, minimal spindle hole wear, I'll grade in the range of VG+ to VG++.
