Description

I am unable to exactly place this MONO version other than it does not appear to be the original 1960 issue.  My best guess is that its the 1964 reissue.
Here are details for those who can figure these things out
Address 47 West 63rd, NYC on labels of both Sides 1 and 2 Deep Groove RVG stamped in the dead wax, both sides. Something additionally etched both matrices, maybe the "ear", maybe the "P"? Front laminated jacket No address on back cover
Matrices:
Matrix / Runout (Runout A): RVG BN-LP-4029-A Matrix / Runout (Runout B): RVG BN-LP-4029-B

The main thing which appears to distinguish this from the 1960 first issue is that the matrix is "BN-LP", not "BLP" that is identified on the 1960 first issue.  One difference on this release and the description of the 1964 reissue on discogs is that this one has the street address on both labels, whereas the discogs listing for the 1964 reissue notes:  "Blue Note Records INC - 47 West 63rd - NYC label on one side, Blue Note Records INC - New York USA label on the other side."
Jacket with moderate corner wear, light edge wear, small split bottom edge at opening less than 1", soiling around edges on back jacket.  LP stored in plain white inner sleeve (original placed with new plain white sleeve), some light scratches on generally clean vinyl, looks quite playable and I'll grade VG+ (could be better).
