This record has been cleaned and played through completely both sides on a Thorens Turntable as well as visually inspected under a bright halogen desk lamp to provide an accurate grading.
LP’s are packed outside their covers to guard against ring-wear & splits during transit and then placed inside a plastic outer protective sleeve for safe delivery.

VINYL : immaculate / unmarked / plays through as new / no skips or pops / clean labels / new shine throughout / no lead in-out hiss and a super clean sound / Rated Near Mint.SLEEVE : superb / no writing or marks / no splits and the spine is intact / the corners are square / very impressive 1st edition cover and just about the best you could hope for these days.
DESCRIPTION
An absolutely brilliant original 1st pressing blue label (the ‘roo’ was no longer printed on the labels by EMI at this stage) copy of AC/DC’sSandwiched in-between ‘Powerage’ and the following years ‘Highway To Hell’ this album captures the band in all their rip-roaring chomping power chord glory on stage in Glasgow, 1978. Distilling the blues and rock 'n' roll down to its barest structures of guitar/bass/drums leaves little room for error. Without heavy production techniques, keyboards, tape loops (or even an effect pedal, for that matter), the band takes to the stage with only bare-knuckle riffs and a floor shaking 4/4 beat.
Angus cuts loose something awesome and Bon never sounded so good … …. it must’ve an unbelievable show with many of these became early live classics for the band. Certainly, "The Jack" and "Whole Lotta Rosie" were concert staples during the band's formative years for good reason. Led by Angus Young's gargantuan guitar these songs are trademark boogie stompers and irresistible favourites.
A killer of an album ….as were all of Bon Scott’s work with the band….. and you’ll be doing very well to find an original 1st Aussie pressing in this top condition … a top notch gem !!
