LOVE SCULPTURE - BLUES HELPING.
UK original 1st pressing 12" LP on the Yellow/Black PARLOPHONE label.
PCS 7059. (Oct 1968). (MONO). Front laminated flipback sleeve!
I'm selling some of my higher-end, collectible, investment-grade vinyl LP's.
Some of it is the work of 30 years of collecting. I'll be sad to see these go - but they need re-homing for others to enjoy.

Love Sculpture 'Blues Helping' is an absolute classic guitar-based electric psychedelic-era UK Blues album featuring Dave Edmunds on blistering guitar! Awesome guitar sound and playing throughout.
Extremely rare 'MONO' first UK pressing on the yellow and black Parlophone labels.
(Between 1968-1970 Mono issues were becoming phased out in favour of Stereo pressings and recording mixes, making Mono issues considerably rarer as far fewer were pressed).
A super fine example of this great record.
The vinyl is glossy, shiny and free from any major flaws. Maybe some wispy hairline marks from sleeve removal, but absolutely no scratches or marks.
What makes this copy particularly special is that it is in MONO. The majority of these were Stereo.
The audio depth and clarity is full and clear. A great full sounding mix.
The front laminated flipback sleeve grades EX+/EX on the front and back - very cool.
The sleeve artwork was done by 'Hipgnosis'/Storm Thorgeson - he/they of Pink Floyd album cover fame!
There is a 'BBC Gramophone Library' inked stamp on the reverse. Slight toning from age on the reverse - nothing too bad.
Superb labels too! There is a feint ink stamp on Side A label too: 'BBC Gramophone Library'.
