Description

Lovely copy of the original 1972 pressing of Lou Reed's Transformer LP on RCA LSP-4807. Original orange dynaflex labels with dynaflex inner sleeve. The disc looks barely used and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. There are maybe one or two extremely light superficial sleeve scuffs but barely. They don't affect the play in the least. Just a beautiful playing copy. The cover has a little wear. Someone used it for a writing surface and you can see some writing impressions around the area of Lou's face (see photo). Also a couple of these pen lines seem to have made their way onto the cover and there are a few short marks on Lou's nose and under his eye. Not terrible but they're there. There is also some general wear all over, with edge and corner wear and general signs of use. Still well intact and decent looking with no seam splits or deep creases or rips. In any case the disc is beautiful and sounds wonderful.
