ARTIST: LOU REED ALBUM: TRANSFORMER LABEL: RCA (LSP-4807) VINYL: SEALED (presumed to be mint - sold as is) COVER: VG++ (only real noteworthy issue being approx. 2" crease on front panel - see photo - w/ two additional much fainter creases on front at top left and back at top right measuring 2.5" and 1.5" respectively, a few wrinkles are also visible along spine on both front and back, perfect spine and seams showing no signs of wear, light wear to all 4 corners w/ no major dings or bumps, shrink fully intact w/ breathe holes and no tears or missing pieces and only issues being a 1.5" split in shrink at top left on back and tiny breaks at a few corners w/ some visible wear and scuff marks to outer shrink, hype sticker affixed to shrink)
