I bought this album from  the 'semi famous, 'Vintage Vinyl' record store. Located in Evanston, Illinois....sometime in the mid 1990's....I think it was 1994.
I still have the owner Steve's hand written "Sealed + Book" price tag sticker.

Never opened, Original Factory Cellophane Shrink Wrap remains taunt and tight!
There is a 4" break by the cut out notch (front lower right corner).

Outer Jacket Cover Grade: EXCELLENT PLUS (E+).
Small cut out on lower right corner...
Cut out happens, when wholesalers sold certain selected records to retail shops, at a discounted price.
When it comes to 'cut outs'...this is one of the very smallest I have ever seen.

All four corners are 'Rock Solid' and perfect!

Record Grade: since this Vinyl LP Record Disc has never been opened and never played, assumed to be MINT (M).
