LOU DONALDSON "Sunny Side Up" LP - Mono Deep Groove pressing on Blue Note Records, #4036, classic blue and white label with "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC 47 WEST 63rd NYC". EAR on both sides, and RVG is machine stamped on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick carboard cover. Address on cover is "43 West 61st St., New York 23". The personnel: Bill Hardman/trumpet; Lou Donaldson/alto sax; Horace Parlan/piano; Sam Jones, Laymon Jackson/bass; Al Harewood/drums. The vinyl is in glossy EX+ condition (just a few light surface marks) with nice labels, plays well. The shiny cardboard cover is NM shape and displays wonderfully. NO seam splits, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. The songs are: Blues for J.P.; The Man I Love; Politely; It's You or No One; The Truth; Goose Grease; Softly As In a Morning Sunrise.
