Cover: VG, no splits to edges or spine, showing shelf-wear and discoloration, mostly to back cover, pen and pencil on back.
Record: G+/VG-, considerable number of light surface marks on both sides but plays very well despite marks. Some very faint surface noise is present at times but music is loud and clear as expected with early Blue Note pressings.
