WOR Studios, NYC, November 19, 1952  Original BLUE NOTE TEN INCH Lp pressing, #5021, 
Blue & White Label, Double Sided Deep Groove, and with the Lexington Ave address, EAR stamped in the dead wax, no INC no "R", Made in USA.
FLAT Lip Edge! Made in USA 1952.
Does not have "RVG" in the runout.   The vinyl shows some light surface checking visually, but that doesn't seem to affect play, plays with only a hint of background static on the earlier tracks, which fades to nothing, a very clear and loud pressing. No scratches, no loud ticks, a very minimal amount of low background static, sounds around NM-.

 The cover has just a hint of ring wear on the front and back paste-on, which is slightly yellowed with age, very light edgewear all around, no splits, writing on the back pencil (twice, one is a number, the other is either "D16" or "DIG", I'd like to think it's "DIG"!), VG+ (see pictures).
